FOR THE SUMMIT100 2018

The participation at the SUMMIT100 is by invitation only due to the exclusivity of the concept. If you have not received an invitation and you would like to learn more about the Event and how to get involved, please send us an e-mail at info@summit100.org

PRACTICAL INFORMATION
In order to register your participation for SUMMIT100 2018, please allow 15 minutes for the procedure and have the following prepared in advance:

Electronic version of your photo (600×800 pixels at least)
Your Curriculum vitae (maximum 1000 characters without spaces)
Your itinerary (planned dates of arrival/departure and means of transportation)

After you entered all necessary information and clicked SUBMIT, you will receive an automatic confirmation message. After that, the SUMMIT100 team will contact you regarding the specific services connected with your application form (practical information, payment, transfers from/to the event venue etc).

Red booklet of the Summit100 All Sumit100 participants are required to submit their CV and photo that we will use to allow more networking and connections through the closed part of the website (available only to those registered with fully paid participation fee). These information will be published in the SUMMIT100 landmark, the Red Booklet. Your copy of the Red Booklet will welcome you at the Summit100 venue containing the database of all participants in Novi Sad with their bios, photos and contact information. Thank you! PARTICIPATION FEE
The participation fee for SUMMIT100 2018 is 900,00 EUR net (1,080 EUR gross, with VAT 20% included).

The Participation Fee includes the following:

Access to all the program parts (panels, cocktail lunches, welcome cocktail, gala dinner, etc)
SUMMIT100 materials including Red Booklet with all the participants
Catering services (coffee breaks, lunches, dinner, cocktails) as per the SUMMIT100 program
Gala evening SUMMIT100 event in Belgrade on October 1st 2018
2 nights including breakfast (two-bed-and-breakfast) at the Hyatt Regency Belgrade*

*) Only SUMMIT100 participants residing in Belgrade are exempt from the marked entry. In this regard, the technical support agent of SUMMIT100 will contact these participants for further arrangements.

All entries but the one marked above as per definition are an inseparable part of the participation fee.

Should you require one or more nights in Hotel Hyatt Regency in Belgrade, please contact us and we will make a reservation.

PARTICIPATION FEE FOR PARTICIPANTS RESIDING IN BELGRADE

The participation fee for SUMMIT100 2018 is 700,00 EUR net (840 EUR gross, with VAT 20% included).

The Participation Fee includes the following:

Access to all the program parts (panels, cocktail lunches, welcome cocktail, gala dinner, etc.)
SUMMIT100 materials including Red Booklet with all the participants
Catering services (coffee breaks, lunches, dinner, cocktails) as per the SUMMIT100 program
Gala evening SUMMIT100 event in Belgrade on October 1st 2018

PAYMENT DETAILS AND FOLLOW UP

After completion of the registration process, you will receive the following:

OTHER INFORMATION

Extraordinary charges that are not specified herein, including but not limited to: mini bar or room services, telephone charges, transfers outside the program, facultative excursions, visa fees and taxes related to SUMMIT100 participation; shall be borne by the attendants themselves.

CANCELLATION
All cancellations made on behalf of SUMMIT100 participants should be made in writing.

Indemnity will not be incurred if the cancellations made on behalf of Summit 100 participants are received 10 days prior to the date of arrival (Subject to complete refund);
Any cancellations made on behalf of SUMMIT100 participants received between 5 to 3 days prior to the date of arrival, will incur an indemnity equal to 50% of the entire arrangement;
Any cancellations made on behalf of SUMMIT100 participants received between 2 days prior to arrival date as well as no-shows or early departures will incur cancellation charges equal to the entire arrangement, i.e. 100% of the charges, no refund.
