SEVENTH SUMMIT100 BUSINESS LEADERS IS TO BEGIN SOON
Ministers from the region at a panel on results that can make a difference
September 21, 2018 – A progress status of the regional projects initiated at the Summits100 in previous years and results that can really make a difference will be discussed by Siniša Mali, Serbian Minister of Finance, Kocho Angjushev, Macedonian PM Deputy, and Mirko Šarović, BiH Minister of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations, at a panel with business leaders of Southeast Europe.
A special guest of the 7th SUMMIT100 Business Leaders within the “Special Disruptive Digital Dialogue” panel will be Antonella Mei-Pochtler from Boston Consulting Group. Participants will learn how brain drain can be prevented and how we can help each other in the region in establishing more flexible markets in regard to labour and exchange of experts.
In the course of two days, October 01 and 02, at the Hyatt Regency Hotel, prime ministers, ministers and experts from the region will discuss the most diverse topics, such as labour mobility, energy sustainability, branding of the region.
The key topic of the SUMMITT100 Business Leaders will be digital transformation, how to use the 4th industrial revolution as a spring board and thus make a “quantum” leap to the developed and globally competitive region.
This year’s Forum will be officially opened by Stanka Pejanović, BoD Chairwoman of the Summit100 and President of the Serbian Association of Managers, and Alejandro Plater, Chief Operating Officer of A1 Telekom Austria Group.

The SUMMIT100 initiative gathers the most prominent business leaders of Serbia, Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Macedonia and Albania. It was initiated by the Serbian Association of Managers (SAM), Managers’ Association of Slovenia (ZM) and Croatian Employers’ Association (HUP), with other business partners from the world joining in. The first annual event was organised in Aranđelovac in October 2011, and the most recent one was held in Skopje in October 2017.
