President of Montenegro Filip Vujanović received today in Porto Montenegro in Tivat delegation of the Management Board of the Summit 100 business leaders of the Southeast Europe and in a constructive dialogue, supported further business integration of the region with the final goal of creating better business and living conditions in this area.

The meeting was held at the initiative of the organizers of the Summit100, Serbian Association of Managers (SAM), Croatian Employers’ Association (HUP) and Managers’ Association of Slovenia (ZM), as a continuation of the dialogue of business and political leaders of the region that was started at the Summit 100 business leaders in Arandjelovac in October 2011. President Vujanović expressed his unreserved support to the initiative of further business integration as well as to all the tangible projects of cooperation of the companies from this region which will contribute to a more competitive region, better products and services for citizens as well as a more successful act on the third markets.
Meeting with the President Vujanović is the fourth in the series of the meetings organized with the aim of ensuring further political support to this initiative with the President of Slovenia, Danilo Türk, in November 2011, President of Serbia Boris Tadić in January and President Ivo Josipović in March this year.
The delegation consisted of the regional Summit100 Management Board members: Branko Radujko, Telekom Srbija, general manager and president of the Summit100 Board, Branislav Grujić, PSP Farman, president, Maja Piščević, SAM, president of the Management Board and executive director, Franjo Bobinac, Gorenje, general manager, Iztok Seljak, Hidria, president of the Board, Sonja Šmuc, ZM, executive director, Drago Podobnik, HIT, president of the Board, Duško Knežević, Atlas Group, president, Damir Kuštrak, Agrokor, executive vice-president, Davor Majetić, executive director, HUP, as well as Miša Lukić, Leo Burnett, general manager and creative director of the Summit100 and Jelena Radulović, Alba Partners, partner and program director of the Summit100.
The first tangible result of the Summit100 has been presented to the President Vujanović, which is establishment of Slovenian-Serbian construction consortium Fenix in Belgrade on January 25. Fenix initially gathered over 40 Serbian and Slovenian companies aimed at cooperation and joint act on the third markets (first of all in Russia i.e. Eastern and Southeast Europe and Middle East). Project initiators are Serbian PSP Farman and Slovenian Hidria. Construction companies from Bosnia and Herzegovina have also joined the consortium in May and cooperation with the Croatian companies will be formalized soon.
Summit 100 Business Leaders of Southeast Europe – A Deal for a New Age, which gathered in one place business leaders from Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia and Montenegro, was held for the first time in the Hotel Izvor in Arandjelovac in October 2011. The idea of the Summit100 is to articulate voice and interests of the business community to contribute to creation of a more competitive region and better business and living conditions in the former Yugoslavia through a constructive dialogue with political leaders.
The second annual Summit100 will be held on 1-3 October 2012 in the Hotel Izvor in Arandjelovac.
