Zdravko Kotur was born on 22.04.1974 in Sremska Mitrovica.
He graduated at the Faculty of Agriculture in Novi Sad.
By the end of 2001, he founded a media monitoring agency – Ninamedia, with the current owner Dragan Radić, an agency in which he is General Manager today.
At the start of 2008, he also developed an agency for market and public opinion research – Ninamedia Research, which uses the latest methodologies and equipment for field and studio research. In 2009, Ninamedia entered production service, which today has 15 TV teams, while translation sector of Ninamedia is one of the most referential ones in Serbia.
In charge of technical capacities of the company, infrastructural projects and investments, Zdravko improves the business operations of a system which records business successes each year. With the introduction of sophisticated software, an increase in number of clients and recommendations is achieved, as well as the number of employees.
Zdravko Kotur is an expert in project planning, organization, project funding, monitoring, and evaluation. Planning and organization skills, as well as skills for balancing between various tasks, delegating them and providing support to the working group, on time and professionally. Oral and written communication, initiation and implementation of development of the new ideas, client orientation, organization, precision, being proactive, ability to transfer knowledge to others.
Currently, Ninamedia employs over 200 young positioned people in Novi Sad, Belgrade, Niš, Kragujevac, and Priština. The company covers about 70% of clipping market in Serbia.
