Tomislav is Principal at The Boston Consulting Group. He started his engineering career with one of the largest manufacturers of power generation equipment in South Eastern Europe. For the past 15 years, Tomislav works as top management consultant in Central and Eastern Europe as well as in South Eastern Europe.

He has profound experience in dealing with large private and publicly owned companies in CEE and SEE especially in the area of energy and telecommunications. Tomislav led multiple top management consulting engagements in the region that focused on growth strategy development, investments prioritization, portfolio diversification, operations improvement as well as organizational unbundling of power and gas incumbents. His functional expertise are topics related to supply chain management and strategic IT.

Tomislav holds a Master degree in Electrical Engineering of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing in Zagreb and an MBA from the IEDC Bled School of Management.
