Stanka Pejanović from November 2014 on the position of General Manager of Gorenje d.o.o Beograd, part of the Gorenje Group leading Slovenian manufacturer of home appliances and eight largest in Europe. She was a long time director of Mercator-S and a member of the Management Board of Mercator Group responsible for business in SE Europe. During her term Mercator increased sales area almost seven times and market share from less than 1% to nearly 9%. She has exceptional experience in the field of corporate governance, management and implementation of mergers, acquisitions and other complex transactions, integration and post-integration activities, business restructuring and rationalization, strategy and brand valuation, category & supply management, pricing and sales strategies, marketing and loyalty strategies. She has extensive knowledge and experience of market and economic conditions and trends in the region. Member of the Management Board of the Serbian Association of Managers. The mother of two. Hold master’s degree in Economic Sciences from the Faculty of Economics, University of Novi Sad. Speaks Serbian, English, Slovenian and Russian.
