Srdjan is the founder and director of Mokrogorska School of Management. His areas of expertise are management consulting, entrepreneurship and business development.

Before starting his entrepreneurial career, Srdjan spent 15 years working for multinational companies. He worked for Phillip Morris from 1998 to 2001 in former Yugoslavia, Switzerland and other Central and East European countries. In 2001 he became CEO of the Coca Cola Company for Serbia, Montenegro and Macedonia. From 2005 to 2008 he was the CEO of Politika NM.

Srdjan has extensive experience as the founder of the company Common Sense, which specializes in project development. He also establishedHAUZMAJSTOR, BUDI SVOJ ČOVEK i ASISTEL specializing in real estate management. In 2009 he founded the Mokrogorska School of Management, a program for professional development of managers. He has headed a number of major projects in the field of business consultancy.
