Mrs. Softić is Audit Partner responsible Deloitte’s operations in Bosnia and Herzegovina. She has extensive public audit and accounting, reporting (IFRS), finance, tax and regulatory compliance experience in diverse industries including insurance, banking, leasing, retail/wholesale distribution, transport, energy and manufacturing industries. Strong qualifications in strategic/business planning and implementation, employees’ development / leadership. Proven ability to improve operations, impact business growth and maximize business results through achievements in finance management and cost reductions, internal controls and productivity-efficiency improvement.

Mrs. Softić is leading SheXO Club (female executive officer club) in Bosnia and Herzegovina which promotes the significance of women’s position within organisations, and she contributed to promotion and active emphasizing of positive contribution of diversity in the results of an organisation by organising numerous events related to this topic.

She is Member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants – ACCA, Certified auditor, licensed auditor, Association of Accountants and Auditors of Republic Srpska, Authorized by the Ministry of Finance of the Federation od Bosnia and Herzegovina, Certified Accountant, Association of Accountants and Auditors and Financial Professionals of Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Certified Auditor, Association of Accountants and Auditors of Serbia. Mrs. Softić is fluent in English and German language and has vast experience in auditing companies with German and Austrian ownership. Mrs. Softić actively participates in German Desk within Deloitte CE, that has a goal to provide the best service to their German speaking clients.
