Nedžad Gušić was born in  1977, in Banja Luka. He graduated from Catawba University, California, USA in 2001 with the major in Economy – Managing Small and Medium Enterprises – specialization Banking.

In 2012, Mr. Gusic finished his postgraduate studies at the University of Sarajevo, Faculty of Economy, Master of Business Administration. This was the first generation of MBA programme in cooperation with Griffith College, Northern Ireland and Nottingham University, UK.

Mr. Gusic is engaged with the banking sector since 2007, where he started as an associate for retail clients in Bosna Bank International. From2008 till 2009, he held the position of an analyst in the Directorate for coordination of small and medium-size enterprises in  Intesa Sanpaolo Bank,  while in the period  2009-2014 he was Head of Directorate for Development of New Products in Corporate Division of Intesa Sanpaolo Bank.

From April 2014, till April  2016, Mr Gusic was Head of Department for Cooperation with Small and Middle-size Enterprises in Corporate Division of BBI Bank.

Mr. Gusic is currently Head of the Department for Investment Banking in BBI.
