Medeja Lončar is CEO at Siemens d.o.o. in Slovenia since 2007. In 2015, she was also appointed to the regional function of Head of Digital Factory for Adriatic region. Her main managerial focus is strategic development, sales and marketing, and she has rich experience with change management in organizations.
She significantly contributed to the Siemens position on Slovenian market – Siemens as a supplier of cutting edge technologies for industry, energy, mobility and buildings.
Medeja Lončar is also President of Supervisory board of Slovenian-German Chamber of Commerce, President of Management board of foundation UNICEF Slovenia, member of Management board at Managers’ Association and Section of Female managers at Managers’ Association, member of Supervisory board of Slovenian Marketing Association.
