Ian Brown is the Head of EBRD’s office in Bosnia and Herzegovina since October 2014, but has been a long term resident of the Balkans. He joined EBRD in 2008 working as the regional coordinator of the Bank’s power and energy team in the Western Balkans, based in Belgrade.
