Hajdi (“Heidi”) Mostić, MBA, is an experienced investment management, with strong leadership, team-building, communication, and operational managerial skills. Currently she serves as Chief Financial Officer of Telemach Group BiH, the largest cable TV and internet operator in Bosnia & Herzegovina, which is owned by the leading American private equity firm, Kohlberg Kravis and Roberts (KKR) of New York. Her complex duties include managing the financial reporting and treasury functions of the company, and supervising accounting and procurement for its six subsidiaries.

Hajdi has fifteen years’ experience as a principal in private equity in East and Southeast Europe. From 2008-2014, in Sarajevo, she worked as a mergers and acquisitions advisor to Mid Europa Partners, a large London-based financial investment fund, and for 7LC Partners, an international private equity fund. Previously, as Managing Director at Copernicus Partners, a U.K.-owned private equity fund, she headed its office in Belgrade. She started her career in private equity in Prague 2002 with Winslow Partners, a U.S.-owned private equity fund. She has served as a board member of investee companies, responsible both for financial reporting to investors and for managerial performance improvement, and has supported debt, mezzanine, and equity financings for portfolio companies. Her industry experience through private equity, in addition to information and communications, includes security, logistics, and consumer products.

Early in her career, Ms. Mostić gained extensive experience in business finance and enterprise development in Sarajevo over 1996-98, implemented by The Recovery Group of Boston, managing a sub-portfolio of twenty-five borrowers from USAID’s $250 million credit facility, specializing in the wood products, food, and apparel industries.

Ms. Mostić obtained an MBA from the Freeman School of Business at Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana, USA, under the U.S. government’s highly selective Ron Brown Fellowship program. At graduation, Ms. Mostić was chosen to receive the annual Tulane Business Alumni Award, which goes to the outstanding overall student in terms of scholastic achievement, leadership, and peer teamwork. She attended undergraduate university under a Soros Scholarship in Dubrovnik, Croatia in 1991-94, specializing in international trade finance and export development. She was selected the outstanding student of her graduating class.

Hajdi Mostić is currently president of the U.S. Alumni Association in BiH. She is past president of the BiH Association of Cable Operators, and is a member of the MBA Association of BiH.
