H.E. Claire Bodonyi is the counsellour of foreign affairs since May 11th 2011.
She was born in 1972 in Créhangeu (Lorraine). She graduated from the Regional Institute for Public Administration in Metz (1995 – 1996) with a major in public law. She served as the central administration attache, soon after she was named the advisor for foreign affairs, first at the Ministry of Cooperation and Francophon, and after with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs:
The central administration unit (budget, regulation and tenders, administrative and financial affairs), 1996 – 1991; (human resources), 1992 – 2002; (sector for UN and international organizations), 2002 – 2005;
First advisor for the French Embassy in Valetti (Malta), 2005 – 2009
Central administration – head of programing mission (globalization) 2009 – 2012; advisor for the budget and administrative affairs in the minister of foreign affairs cabinet. 2012- 2014
French Ambassador to Bosnia and Herzegovina since July 3rd 2014.
