Antoine Grassin
Special representative for the organization of the Western Balkans Conference

Antoine Grassin was appointed as Ambassador in charge of the organization of the Western Balkans conference in january 2016..
Prior to taking up this position, Antoine Grassin was Director General of Campus France (2012- 2015) and Ambassador of France in Bolivia (2008 – 2011).
He has also has held a number of key positions for the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs in France and abroad, including in Madrid, Bonn and Buenos Aires. In Paris, he was Director of Scientific and University Cooperation (2004-2008) and head of the division for central and southern Europe (1993 – 1996).
Antoine Grassin is a former student of the Ecole Nationale d’Administration. He graduated from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques of Paris and the HEC school of management.
