Izudin was born on March 20th 1965 in the Bosnian City of Tesanj. He majored in agronomy at the College of Agriculture in Sarajevo. Since 1994 he is co-owner of Hifa – Tesanj. In 2002 he established a company called Hifa-Oil Tesanj, which specializes in distributing oil and oil derivatives. It is currently one of the leading distributers of oil and oil derivatives in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and is also on the list of top 10 companies in Bosnia and Herzegovina. He also founded the following companies Euro-Metali d.o.o. Doboj Jug, Petrobit d.o.o. Tešanj, Euro-Roal d.o.o. Doboj Jug, Euro-Stil d.o.o. Doboj.
Izudin is involved with a number of local and foreign social and humanitarian projects, which he has contributed to and continues to contribute to their causes.
