Melanie is a Principal at The Boston Consulting Group, a global management consulting firm and the world’s leading advisor on business strategy. She has over 11 years of consulting experience to management boards of leading companies in SEE and CEE markets. Her projects experience includes various transformation projects, Sales force effectiveness projects, operational & financial restructurings and multiple root-to-market definitions. Her primary industry focus is within Consumer goods, Retail, while her functional expertise are primarily in People & organization and SCM topics. Before joining BCG she was Principal and member of leadership team for SEE in another international consulting company. Melanie is also a Member of Supervisory Board of Managers’ Association of Slovenia, President of Women’s Manager Association at Manager Association of Slovenia and President of Slovene IEDC Alumni club. She studied economics and hold Msc. and MBA degree of IEDC Bled School of Management.
