Dragan is a Founding Partner of Karanović & Nikolić and head of the Corporate / Commercial Practice. He has over 20 years of experience advising multinational clients, financial institutions and governments on M&A, privatisation and energy and infrastructure transactions, and has been involved in some of the largest deals in Serbia and the region to date. Dragan graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade, where he earned his LL.B in commercial law. He also completed his postgraduate studies at Kings College, Faculty of Law in London, where he received his LL.M. in international commercial law. Dragan is a member of the Serbian and Belgrade Bar Associations and is also a member of the International Bar Association (IBA). He is an elected arbitrator with the Arbitration Court of the Serbian Chamber of Commerce and is also a member of the board of the Bar Association of Serbia.
